Refund Policy
IAM Empowered:
No Risk Guarantee: Refund policy requires completion of entire Empowered workshop with a written request explaining why value was not created. Request must be submitted within 7 days of completing Empowered. In the event you cannot participate after payment, you may register for any future IAM Empowered listed, transfer tuition to another participant or request a refund within 30 days of original payment. No refunds issued for natural acts of God, only tuition credit for future Empowered Workshop or another IAM program.
IAM Transformed:
Tuition/Transfer Policy: Initial $500.00 deposit for IAM Transformed is NON-REFUNDABLE AND ONLY TRANSFERABLE to future IAM program or another participant’s tuition. Payment in full reserves your seat to any IAM Transformed. No refunds issued for cancellations or non-completion of class. This is a leadership development experience and is in no way a medical treatment for mental health issues requiring professional care, therapy and/or treatment.
IAM Complete:
Tuition/Transfer Policy: Initial $500.00 deposit for IAM Complete is NON-REFUNDABLE AND ONLY TRANSFERABLE to future IAM program or another participant’s tuition. Payment in full reserves your seat to any IAM Complete. Payment in full reserves your seat to any IAM Transformed. No refunds issued for cancellations or non-completion of class. IAM programs are personal growth experiences and are in no way a medical treatment for mental health issues requiring professional care, therapy and/or treatment.
Release of Liability Waivers required for Transformed & Complete programs where indoor/outdoor activities are incorporated.
